Green tea is not like tea that we usually have every evening, but green tea is different because it give us a lot of benefit when he drink it. Most of the people don't like green tea because of its bitter taste that can't reduce even you already put 10 spoons of sugar. Green tea is originates from China and has become associated with many cultures in Asia. Many varieties of green tea have been created in many countries where they are grown. This varieties can differ substantially due to variable growing conditions, horticulture, production processing and harvesting time.Why I choose this article
The reason why I choose this article because I do love to drink green tea but must added with lemon juice. I love to drink ice lemon green tea because the green tea itself give me relaxation when I really feel it. This article is very useful where people who don't really know about green tea. It tell us about the speciality of green tea, the benefits of green tea and the harmful effect of green tea. Don't think that green tea doesn't have the harmful effect when we drink it. The green tea give a lot of benefits to the person that drink it. Green tea can reduce the risk of esophageal cancer besides it can also inhibit growth of cancer cells. Green tea also give 'green tea lovers' some other benefits rather than cancer cells. It also can burn calories in our body, prevent tooth decay and green tea also can prevent food poisoning. This is really miracle. Not only coffee can harm the person that drink it, green tea also have the harmful effect to the person who drink it too much. Drinking too much of green tea can lead someone to have insomnia because green tea also have its percentage of caffeine. But the percentage of caffeine in green tea not as much as in coffee.

In my opinion, I really love to drink green tea and I prefer to have green tea as our daily drink rather than coffee. I agree with this article. Yes, I admit that green tea do have its own benefits to its lovers. So, do not waste our time to think and your money. Just try to have green tea once as your drink and feel it deeply, you will feel release.
